1. the condition of the house, its state of repair;
2. the size of the house;
3. the location regarding the distance to the sea, the mountains, the hills, the next neighbour, the nearest village or town, the area;
4. the plot size and any use you may envisage for it, like gardening, farming, renting out to local farmers bearing in mind that sometimes there are vineyards or olive trees on the plot available for extra purchase;
5. your budget.
All the properties on our books are known to us personally.
