  DESCRIPTION

This property is made up of two independent and separate houses that belong to the same owner and they are some few metres far from each other. It is about 5 km far from the nearest town (Cupramontana) and it is about 45 km to the nearest sea.
Both are built in the same period of time, in fact they have the same structural characteristics. House 2 is immediately habitable while House 1 needs to be restored.
In the two houses there are the traditional wooden beams and the floor in cotto.

The property is in good conditions, and the floor is constituted by terracotta tiles still well conserved. Entrance to the property through a private street of about 30m. Next to the house some annex buildings used as storehouses and a barn.
Water and electricity are available. Wide view on the surrounding countryside.
5 km to Cupramontana, and about 45 km to the see. It takes 40 minutes drive to get to the airport.


DESCRIPTION OF HOUSE 2
Ex farm house, located in an hilly place near Cupramontana, with see view. The property was built in natural stone, but at the moment it is covered with plaster. Entrance to the house through a municipal road made of gravel and in good conditions, without any traffic problems, because the house is the last one at the end of the road. The building is in good general conditions and it can be easily inhabited, without other extra works. Part of the floors are made of terracotta-tiles and the roofs are constituted by the typical wood beams.
Water, electricity and telephone connections are available. Heating granted by gas oil heater and the fireplace in the kitchen on the ground floor.
The liveable area of the house is about 175m There are also an annex building and a hut. The area of the court can also be bigger because the surrounding land belongs to the seller.
