A marvellous house to be dreamed of, situated in the south of Marche
It is about 1 km from a famous historical city (Province of Ascoli Piceno)
It is about 6 km (10 minutes drive) to the sea – and about 45 minutes the mountain side.
Surface area:
It is about 251 sq. m, including the 3 terraces, one working shop (that can be used for other purposes), an old outbuilding (a permission for its restoration has already been requested for) with an oven for making pizza and a tank for storing water.
Land:
The land is about 4000 sq. m where you can find the following trees and plants: about 20 palm trees, numerous plants of bay trees and bushes, 6 olive trees, a pine tree, one medlar tree, a small lemon tree,,…….grapefruit tree, cherry tree, almond tree, persimmon trees, fig trees, pomegranate tree, a spacious garden with grass and aromatic herbs in front of the kitchen.

From an internal stairs you can reach the environment of the upper floor where you can find the terrace that offers a splendid view on the surrounding hilly panorama.
On the first floor you can find 3 bedrooms (or 2 bedrooms and a study room equipped with a library) where you can find a gallery (sleeping loft) with bed for guests-the internal area of this gallery can be used as a sleeping loft or as a store for depositing goods.
A bedroom with a fireplace ( with a basket for wood, in order to assure a long term heating process) and a separating Japanese curtain (shoj), that covers the wardrobe.
From this point you can reach the bigger bathroom with 2 washbasins placed on a base of about 3 metres high, the bathing tub at the centre and a shower, bidet and toilet .
The guests and friends, either Italians or Germans, have a nice sensation from this house where you can notice an amazing taste in the furniture.
