This special lovable building is situated in a worth seeing medieval pretty town. The town for many years has been the fortress of rich people. Two of the town’s gates are still completely preserved and the best infrastructures available. The Palace dates back to 1701. The whole building belonged to the baron Marassio until 1929. In 1929, following the Stock Exchange’s crash in New York, the baron had to sell the Palace. In the beginning, the Palace embraced more than 1000m²; later a subdivision into three palaces occurred. Since 1929 the family of the now owner of the property has been in possession of this wonderful part of the Palace. Now the central part of this property embraces about 300m² and a garden, that is now on sale. At the back of the groundfloor there’s a beautiful garden with several plants. Water and elecricity are available. The house is already habitable.
Included in the price of sale are some of the furnitures.
