This nice Rustico, recently restored by local workmen, rests on a slope equipped with different cultivations and trees, like olives and fig trees. The small farm house, fixed with special taste and passion together with worthy materials, is developed on different levels. Through an independent upper entrance it is possible to get into the kitchen, from which the stairs lead to the sunny living room and the dining room. Going down through another staircase you can reach the ground floor, where two bedrooms, a studio and a bathroom with shower are located. The ground floor has got an independent lower access, too. The terrace outside the kitchen and the balcony upstairs overlook the rolling hills of The Marches with an amazing open view. The house is equipped with brand new household instruments, gas boiler, two scan cast-iron stoves and other hardly used furniture.
The next village Monterado, only 2 km from the house, offers any facility for daily needs; Senigallia and its beaches are only 15 minutes away; the lively coast town Fano waits for shopping lovers (20 min). The airport is about 35 km away.
