The property offers a wonderful view on lake Orta in the suggestive area of the Apennines. The lake can be reached on foot through a tarred narrow road. It is surrounded by a well tendered garden of about 850 sq.m, planted with grass and enriched with decorative plants and palm trees. There is a parking area with the possibility to rent boats and a reserved swimming area in case the house is taken on rent. The house is built on 2 floors: On the ground floor you find a completely furnished kitchen combined with a dining-room, a living-room with a fireplace and, outside the house, a covered terrace.
On the first floor there are 2 en-suite bedrooms, and a WC. You can also admire the fabulous view of the lake from the windows on the first floor. The first floor can be reached by 2 stairs – one inside, and the other one outside.
It takes 1 hour to get to the airport of Milan and 1,5 hour to the sea.
